Making a Claim

This modul exists only for specific products such as Mussels

You notice a weight discrepancy on your order.

To make a claim, simply:

1. Go to the order in question

2. Click on file a claim

3. Indicate the weight you received

4. Your supplier receives a notification

5. All he has to do is accept or refuse the request.

6. You will then receive an email informing you of his decision.
