Chat

The Chat system allows you to exchange between Customers and Suppliers, you can also attach pictures or documents if needed

1. Click on the Chat tab

2. Click on the pencil icon to start a new conversation

3. Select the customer or supplier with whom you want to start a conversation

4. Write your message and insert the documents you wish to share with him/her:

   • Maximum document size : 150mo

   • All formats are accepted (pdf, word, excel, jpg...)

5. Then quickly find your conversations using the search bar
